Are your prices fixed?

The prices shown on our service pages are our standard labour rates. For hardware repairs (such as screen or keyboard replacements), parts are quoted separately before any work begins. We'll always confirm the total cost upfront — no surprises.

What is your no fix, no fee policy?

For all repair work, if we can't fix the problem, you don't pay. Simple as that. We'll always let you know if we think a repair isn't possible or isn't worth the cost before we start.
